Deal Night is a game organization platform only. We do not facilitate, promote, or endorse illegal gambling. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their poker games comply with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. Any exchange of money between players is entirely at their own risk and discretion.
We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features and capabilities. Pricing and features are subject to change with notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Deal Night and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
